Straddling the San Diego neighborhoods of East Village & Barrio Logan, the historic TRADESMEN house is a repurposed 1886 Victorian offering unique vintage office, meeting & event space in a central downtown location.
WHO WE ARE
Stephen Dale & Stepheni Norton, a father-daughter veteran team with a love for all things vintage and a heart for community.
Tradesmen // Creative Proprietors & Charitable Pour House // Our inaugural space is located in East Village, San Diego. This repurposed Victorian house has seven offices, ranging in size from cocoon small to collaborative large, with a conference room, lounge area and cozy kitchenette.
Carpenter Daniel V. Brown finished building the house in 1886, and many of the original elements — the wraparound porch, the intricate trim — are still in place. The significance of the home’s history is not lost on us. We are tradesmen too, bringing a workspace to our community where the business owners who will shape San Diego’s future, feel comfortable, supported & inspired.
This house and each new one we repurpose, reminds what we value most — creativity, community and history.
